Scent
🕯️ Scent — Drawn from the same fragrance library as our candles.
⏱️ How long — 6 to 10 hours of scent per melt.
🏠 Best in — Bedrooms, offices, rented flats, and anywhere an open flame is not allowed or not wanted.
🎁 Good for — Homes with pets or small children, and for trying a fragrance before committing to a jar.
How to use
- Place one melt in the dish of any standard wax warmer, electric or tea-light.
- Switch the warmer on. The wax liquefies and releases the fragrance within minutes.
- Use one melt at a time in a standard warmer. Two can overwhelm a small room.
- When the scent fades, let the wax cool and set, then press it out of the dish and start fresh.
- Follow the instructions that came with your warmer. Keep away from children and pets.
- Warmed wax still releases fragrance into the air. Keep the room ventilated, as you would with a candle.

Frequently asked questions
What are wax melts?
Wickless pieces of scented wax that you warm in an electric or tea-light warmer. The heat releases the fragrance oil without a flame.
How long does one melt last?
6 to 10 hours of scent. When the fragrance fades the wax is still there but spent, so swap it for a fresh one.
How many should I use at once?
One in a standard warmer. Two can overwhelm a small room.
Do I need a special warmer?
No. Any standard wax warmer works, electric or tea-light. A warmer is not included.
How do I get the old wax out without a mess?
Let the warmer cool until the wax is firm but not rock hard, then press or flex it out of the dish in one piece.
Are melts better than candles if I have pets?
There is no flame, which removes one risk. The fragrance still goes into the air, so keep the room ventilated and ask your vet if your animal has a breathing problem.
