We ship across Canada from Kelowna, BC. We pack each candle so that it arrives undamaged.

You see the rate at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available in Kelowna. Choose it at checkout. We email you when your order is ready, and we arrange a time with you. Please wait for that email before you come.

Carrier and delivery time

We usually ship with Canada Post. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for a delay caused by the carrier or by weather.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order leaves our studio.

Your shipping address

Check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot change an address after the parcel leaves us. We cannot refund an order that the carrier delivered to an address you gave us in error.

A damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo. Our refund policy gives the full procedure.

Orders to the United States

US orders go through customs. We pay any US duties and import fees, so there is no extra charge at delivery. US prices and shipping rates are in US dollars.
