The Lavender Paradise candle is our attempt to bring that specific moment into a room. It’s a hand-poured botanical flower candle built around a true lavender fragrance — not the synthetic purple sweetness of mass-market lavender, but something with actual depth: herbal and floral at the top, deepening into soft violet and warm musk at the base.

The pale purple base is achieved through careful pigmentation in our studio — deep enough to be striking, light enough to let the candle glow beautifully when lit.

Why coconut soy wax and lavender are a perfect match

Lavender is a true top-heavy fragrance — its characteristic herbal freshness is carried in volatile compounds that can burn off quickly at high temperatures. This is why so many lavender candles smell spectacular in the jar and then lose their distinctiveness within thirty minutes of burning.

Coconut soy wax burns at a lower, more consistent temperature, which slows the release of those volatile top notes and keeps the lavender character present and true throughout the burn. You get the full complexity of the fragrance — the herbal freshness, the floral heart, the warm base — rather than just the first impression.

Our phthalate-free fragrance oil is chosen specifically to perform in our coconut soy blend, and tested for scent throw, longevity, and fidelity to the original fragrance profile.

Every Lavender Paradise candle is poured and decorated by hand in our Kelowna studio. The floral embed on top is shaped individually before the wax sets — which is why each one looks handmade, because it is.

Kelowna sits in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, where lavender grows beautifully in the dry, warm summers — you can visit lavender farms just south of the city. This fragrance has a genuine connection to the landscape we work in.

Candle care

First burn: allow the wax to melt to the full edges of the jar — 2–3 hours. Coconut soy wax has burn memory and will follow the melt pool established in the first burn for the life of the candle.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each subsequent burn. Keep burns to a maximum of 4 hours. The botanical embed will melt gradually as you burn — this is by design. The jar is reusable once finished.
